CFA Collaborates with:

  • State and Territory cystic fibrosis organisations

  • The Australian Cystic Fibrosis Research Trust (ACFRT) and researchers across Australia

  • Other Not For Profit organisations in the chronic disease sector both here in Australia and Overseas

  • Pharmaceutical companies for knowledge sharing and to ensure that drugs are developed to combat cystic fibrosis

  • The Federal Government to ensure people with cystic fibrosis have access to the best treatments and medical care

  • Media to improve the profile of the disease and make sure information in the public domain is correct.

CFA advocacy program is designed to engage with:

  • A number of Federal Government departments, the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC), eHealth and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)

  • State and Territory cystic fibrosis organisations

  • Clinicians, researchers and health professionals across Australia
